SERGE CURIEN

"Almost 4 decades within the company …… yes already!"

Serge has always been committed to a job well done and, since the early 1980s, has had the opportunity to learn the various aspects of control/quality:

He was a mechanical and then production controller, head of control for the military market, for metrology, for Tram (in Strasbourg, of course), head of control methods, and, naturally, became head of Customer Quality at LOHR Service.

Serge has been ensuring Customer Quality for almost 18 years. He is thorough and meticulous in his work, and focuses particular attention on building a relationship of trust with all our customers and beyond our borders.

By working in close collaboration with the sales department and thanks to the daily assistance of all the after-sales service technicians, our technical services are made aware of all our customer’s requirements and comments, with a constant view to improving our products and, so far as possible, taking each customer’s needs into account.

As part of the quality monitoring of the equipment used, human contact with those who perform all the various roles, each one very different from the other, forms an integral part of his day-to-day work, which, he says, “allows me to progress a little more each day in the task that I’m performing".
