MAINTENANCE / REPAIRS / REFURBISHMENT
- Regular maintenance with preventive diagnosis adjusted to type of use,
- repairs of accidented vehicles in coordination with insurance companies,
- on site work,
- taylor made maintenance contracts from simple trailer maintenance to full service including prime mover, tyres, mot etc… These offers can be deployed throughout Europe.
- upgrades on existing vehicles to adjust to new market requirements with the help of our engineering department and production facilities,
- design and processing of all types of body swaps, part or full refurbishment on all types of products ranging from a simple re-spray to an all inclusive mechanical, hydraulic, electric and pneumatic renovation,
- international network of agents or service partners storing adequate parts and trained on Lohr products. These locations are qualified to operate regular maintenance and process potential warranty,
- providing of replacement vehicles.
ASSISTANCE / ASSESSMENT
- several long experienced multilingual engineers are available to our customers and service network to support and advise over the technical aspects of maintenance,
- hot line service to assist in case of breakdown with access to our international network or subsidiaries in order to get the vehicles back in motion promptly,

Spare parts supply has allways been of prime importance within the Lohr group as even the best equipments need a perfect support.
The heart of the system is our central store in Duppigheim from where we manage over 7000 references required by the various types of carriers on the road.
